On-the –road experience
Every member of our Touring Team has learnt the ropes, on the road, and understands exactly what makes a successful merchandising operation on Tour. The Tour Production team works hand-in-glove with Tour crew, artist management and venue concessions, to make sure everything goes smoothly.
End-to-end logistics
This means we handle production in whichever territory makes the most sense, monitor daily sales, organise new production runs and transportation for each tour date, and manage the vending, cash collection and banking. Every detail is taken care of.
Worldwide network
We have a worldwide network of partners who handle touring legs outside of Europe and whose tours we handle, on the ground in Europe. We have handled the European tours of Foo Fighters, Prince, the Eagles, Megadeth, Steely Dan, Christina Aguilera and Jonas Brothers to name but a few. We have merchandised many international tours in the U.S , Japan, S. America and Australiasia, including Oasis, Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Placebo, Prodigy and Kasabian.
Sales tracking and inventory management
Sales are tracked closely and this data is used to forecast sales and optimise stock levels.
Concessions
We regularly set up and manage concessions where a self-vend solution is required. For example we handled the concessions for Eagles at Hampden Park and Foo Fighters in Hyde Park.
